July 27th, 2024 – Bon Secours Arts & Science College for Women held its 7th Annual Sports Meet today at 9:30 AM, marking a day of athletic excellence and spirited competition. The event was graced by Chief Guest Thiru S. Jeyakumar, Superintendent of Police, Thiruvarur, and Guests of Honour Thiru D. Sriram, Superintendent of Customs and International Hockey Player, and Thiru Muthusamy Appavu, Inspector of Income Tax and International Volleyball Player.
The college community, including staff members and students, was divided into four groups: BSR, BSS, BSK, and BSW. A variety of individual and group events were held, featuring drills and a vibrant march past,Karrette & pramid by sports students. After a day filled with competitive zeal and sportsmanship, Principal Dr. Sr. Victoriya announced the overall winners, with BSR emerging as the overall champion and BSK securing the position of runner-up. The event showcased the college’s commitment to fostering physical fitness and teamwork among its students, celebrating both athletic prowess and community spirit.
