July 12th, 2024 – Bon Secours Arts & Science College for Women in Mannargudi recently organized an enlightening Faculty Development Program (FDP) centered on “Teaching Redefined: Multidisciplinary Approach.” Dr. A. Elangovan, Principal Investigator of the International Collaborative Project at the University of Hertfordshire, London, served as the distinguished resource person for the event.
The program commenced with a keynote address by Dr. A. Elangovan, who is celebrated for his expertise in international collaboration and social sciences. He underscored the significance of integrating diverse disciplines into teaching practices to foster innovation and comprehensive learning among students.
Throughout the FDP, attendees participated in interactive workshops and sessions aimed at exploring various teaching methodologies and effective strategies for curriculum enhancement. Dr. A.
