Grievance Redressal Committee

The grievance is an official complaint that would be raised by the members of faculty and the students.

CAUSES OF GRIEVANCE:

• Being discontented with the management’s policies.
• The poor working condition.
• Being dissatisfied with the wages & salaries.
• Heavy and unbearable work load

AIM:

• To solve the issues by finding the solutions
• To recover the cause for the issue
• To overcome the circumstances which would create the issue
