July 30th, 2024 – The PG Department of Commerce and the PG Department of Management at Bon Secours Arts & Science College for Women successfully hosted a workshop titled “Strategic Decision Making: Navigating Challenges with Confidence” today.
Dr. Sr. Victoria FBS, Principal of Bon Secours Arts & Science College, Mannargudi, inaugurated the workshop. In her address, she emphasized the critical role of strategic decision-making in both personal and professional settings, highlighting the workshop’s objective of equipping attendees with essential decision-making tools.
The workshop featured Mr.Mayavaram Sivaraman Charan, an acclaimed inspirational trainer, who led the session with a focus on various decision-making models and techniques. Charan’s engaging presentation, supported by real-life case studies, provided practical knowledge and skills to the participants. His interactive sessions included group activities and discussions that encouraged critical thinking and collaborative problem-solving.
